Not convincingNot convinving. It can be way better. If detailed on less no of topics but in elaborated manner. Thq uToo theoriticAlIt was well informative and good. But I found it too theoriticAl as like any ayurveda granta. Could've been in simple terms
Really a great book on Ayurveda. Dr. JV Hebbar described everything about healing body and mind. This book contains management of Tridoshas, Panchkarma, techniques to improve lifestyle and keeping away the diseases. I would love to recommend this book for everyone who is fed up of increasing medical bills or wants to take precautions before getting trapped in Pharmaceutical nexus.
A great book for people who have faith and believe in Ayurveda.Well, of course you can join the tribals and eat all kinds of chemicals in the name of modern science, but if science has to progress, my belief is that it has to be this way. Lots of things only modern medicine can do, but the fall-outs are neither researched nor studied. The book can be a good start point for people who want to take it to a distance, for the good of mankind.
