3.5 stars. An entertaining, satisfying, classic romance read w/ lots of sexual tension, both UST and RST, and steam.When I first read this so long ago, I found Ryland's aggressiveness kind of sexy. On my second read, he comes off as a pushy, arrogant, jerk much of the time. It's interesting how your viewpoint changes overtime.

Kirsten Rumm has written a biography of her late husband Charlie "Demon" Rumm. Now a Hollywood movie is being made from her book and actor Rylan North has been picked to portray Demon. To get into character, Rylan asks to move in with Kirsten to immerse himself in the role. Against her better judgement she agrees. Soon Rylan has fallen for Kirsten and must convince her to take a second chance on love.This is an older Sandra Brown contemporary romance. I didn't care for this story. I thought most

I needed a happy ending and this provided one. Another book written in the 80s. Simple and fluff and I enjoyed every word.

Surprised. Ive loved the other books Ive read by her. Im really rating this 2.5 stars but was disappointed by the story and the male lead character. Sandra never fails to disappoint however in the sexual tension department.

I read some of the reviews for this book. I disagree with alot of them. I enjoyed this book very much. To me it was not just a story about a famous actor researching the person he is going to play. This book had many layers to it. Facing one's fears and emotional scars. Learning to love and trust again. These are all the issues I felt this story addressed.
