A very attracted book about how to build a good health. I think Knowledge in this book is quite new with most of us. Actually, I also had a little bit dout about authentication of it. However, with lots of observation and summarizing date over 30,000 case in his career, I'm really convinced by his logical reasoning. I have more ways & tips to keep my strong health, avoid harmful activities. I hope that in the future, there are more and more studies that can prove these information.Horrible, just horrible. If you are healthy, and your mother was healthy, if you can afford the healthy lifestyle and nutrition, if you have a happy life, eat Japanese food and read this New Age book. If not - you are on your own. Next to zero useful content (in my humble opinion, of course). As an antidote, I would recommend Living the Low-Carb Life: From Atkins to the Zone Choosing the Diet That's Right for You by Jonny Bowden, Weston Price works, Cure Tooth Decay by Ramiel Nagel, Enzymes: Go

Probably one of the best health books I have ever read. I have built a respect for Professor Shinya, since he wrote based on his many years observations and thousands of professionally handled cases. Thank God he wrote the book so many of 'health truths' we believed all these times were uncovered, such as...drinking cow's milk can cause you cancer! (if you drink it regularly, obviously, which many of us humans do)
I was so surprised at the information and knowledge that Doctor Shinya shared with us about our common beliefs nowaday. That was impressed at the most. He values highly the importance of enzyme and recommend how we get a healthy body: by eating 50% whole grain, 35% vegetable and fruits, and only 10-15% meat. Fish is much better than meat. He explains well why meat (especially red meat) is not good for our digestion and body. Finally he emphasizes the role of "living with natural principles"-
what a great book for people who care about their health!
A good book. It gives me a lot of knowledge about how to live healthier. I will try to apply the advice into my life to make it better. No one want to live a life with a lot of difficulties go along with disease.
